At Stockholm Scenario Festival, there will be a photographer present, taking pictures for the event. We want to capture the wonderful mood at the festival, and share it with others. Also, it will be wonderful memories! By attending the festival, you are giving your consent to appearing in photographs taken at the event.
No videos will be taken.
The fine print
All rights to the images will be owned by the association governing the festival. The images may be used for marketing purposes, at the web page, social media channels and press coverage, or in printed form, for up to four years. Images may be stored for documentary purposes indefinitely.
The images will be published after the event on the Scenario Festival facebook page. If you do not wish a photograph featuring you to be used, please comment on that image requesting takedown and it will be removed.
Opt out
Not everyone is comfortable appearing in pictures, we get that. You do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw consent, please approach the photographer Rachel Thomas at the venue. You will not be asked to give a reason for withdrawing your consent.
