Oppression – Refuge – Hopepunk

An assortment of people escape from a dystopian near-future society to found a small queer community where they can hope to be themselves, if they can overcome their trauma. It’s hopepunk in tone – including ups and downs, drama, and the price of staying hopeful.
You will create your characters together at the start of the larp, using prompts. It then plays out in four scenes, across four seasons of the first year that the characters are together at the refuge. Between the scenes there is offgame calibration of relationships and of personal journeys.
